Card is lightly used and fully working. This is a PCI Card - it will not fit in a PCI Express slot. Please check your motherboard spec before you order. No cables are included but the connectors are standard 15 pin D-Sub types so interfacing to the card isn't difficult. Windows 64 bit drivers may be downloaded from https://www.digigram.com/services-support/product-support/discontinued-products/discontinued-vx-cards/. I have not tested them with Windows 11. These are used all around the world in on-air and production machines. Note that these cards are intended for installation in a professional environment and can be a bit more complicated to install and configure than your $20 consumer type plug and play SoundBlaster card. That said, if you follow the install sequence given in the manual exactly, you should be fine.
