A lightly used OCXO NTP Time Server from Masterclock, based upon the Trimble Lassen II GPS module. This is the premium High Stability (HS) model. These are well-spec'd units in a very convenient compact/lightweight format. A basic test antenna (SMA connector type) is included to get you started, but a professional grade outdoor antenna of at least 26dB gain and a decent quality down lead are recommended for your final install. In any case please assume that the antenna will require a complete view of the sky for the unit to achieve GPS time lock. It is unlikely to do so with the antenna placed behind a window or in the shadow of a building. Configuration of the unit is performed via a small Windows applet available here (https://www.prostudioconnection.net/2004/WinDiscovery_5.10.0_Installer_Signed.zip). There is not a http/web based configuration option. Some screenshots of the configuration applet are provided below to give you an idea of the options available. A generic DC power supply with a matched locking barrel connector is included. This is a multiple item listing so there will be small, non performance-affecting differences between units but the condition of the unit you will receive will be at least as good as the one shown in the photos.  The silk-screened text on the front panel varies in some cases but they are all the model stated. The power supply may vary slightly but all are properly matched and come with a locking barrel connector. No unpictured cables, accessories or documents are included. The unit has been fully tested (see screenshots of the graphical interface below) and confirmed to be working as it should.  The password has been reset to the default value of 'public'.  A screenshot of the item under test will be included in the package for your peace of mind.

Description

The NTP100-GPS is an NTP (Network Time Protocol) server that synchronizes to GPS satellites and distributes NTP reference signals via Ethernet. When synchronized to the atomic clocks in GPS and GLONASS satellites, the long term accuracy of the device is the same as the atomic clock of the GNSS. An internal TCXO (temperature-compensated crystal oscillator) provides holdover stability of ± 1 min/year during GPS signals loss. An optional OCXO (oven-controlled crystal oscillator) increases holdover stability to ± 250ms/year.
