B-stock - ie. new/unused with functioning white backlight and near silent mechanism but with just a few minor non-performance affecting blemishes that have been retouched with matching paint. May be outside manufacturer's warranty period. Any internal battery is not warrantied and it should be assumed that it needs replacing (and the hand positions reset) before installation.
The ADC-5100 Series clocks are designed to combine the advantages of large, easily read analog time displays with the self-setting capability of digital SMPTE/EBU serial time code readers. This advanced mode is made possible by a unique digitally-controlled drive mechanism. A microprocessor is used to decode the digital information and precisely position the hands.
