ProStudioConnection.com Shipping Policy

I ship out of Orlando, Florida.

In almost all cases your order ships the same day if placed before Noon Eastern for USPS items (usually smaller/lighter items) and about 2.30pm for FedEx (heavier items).

Higher value shipments will require a signature upon delivery.  In the case of FedEx, an indirect signature will suffice.

I will email you with a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

Occasionally I can find a cheaper method of sending your package (eg. by using USPS Flat Rate Boxes) in which case I will select the more cost effective approach provided that the delivery date is not delayed, and I will then refund the savings achieved.

If you have a particular delivery day requirement then feel free to email me (shipping@prostudioconnection.com) and I'll let you know your options.

In the case of international orders, if the quoted rate seems unusually high then feel free to contact me by email (shipping@prostudioconnection.com) and I'll see if the rate can be improved.  International orders aren't usually affected by dimensional weight charges so sometimes the actual cost can be a little less than the site quotes.

International orders are sent via USPS (First Class International Parcel, Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International).
