Your satisfaction is my number one priority.

You are welcome to return any item for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

If the reason for the return is that you changed your mind, found a better product elsewhere, it didn't fit or wasn't compatible etc. (ie. a "buyer's remorse" reason) then I will deduct the commission that I am charged by the credit card company from your refund.  This is because increasingly card processors (led by PayPal) are now keeping the commissions charged on card payments to small businesses, even when the buyer is refunded.  This store platform (Shopify) started keeping the commissions on refunds in March 2020 which is when I reluctantly introduced this policy.  The amount that will be withheld will just be the amount that I am charged - usually between 3% and 4% of the total amount paid.  This may apply even if the item has not yet been picked up by FedEx or USPS, although I usually don't charge your card until the shipping label is printed - to give you as much time as possible to make any changes.

To make a return request please email me (returns@prostudioconnection.com) and I will provide instructions on how to make the return.

If you are having difficulty getting the item working then please also email me and I'll see if I can suggest an approach that will overcome the problems you are experiencing.  It would be helpful if you could say what tests you have performed, the results you observed, and some idea of your technical background so that I can tailor my response to your circumstances.

My only requirement is that the item is received back in the exact same condition as your received it.

I will consider requests for the item to be returned at my expense (in the case of US based buyers) on an individual case basis.
