Here's a lightly used Surface Pro 4 tablet that's in very good cosmetic condition. It has the latest Windows updates as of the date of listing.
The photos show the actual item for sale.
It works as expected apart from the fact that it suffers from the well-documented Surface Pro 4 screen flicker issue that happens if/when the unit gets warm. There's more information about this at flickergate dot com.
The battery accepted and held a charge in my testing, but I cannot guarantee its capacity or future longevity.
As this is a nice clean unit, I was planning on swapping the screen using one of the many YouTube videos on the subject as a guide. I was going to install a replacement Surface Pro 5 screen to avoid a potential recurrence of the flicker issue, as it can be used as a direct replacement (I believe) if you obtain the appropriate cable to connect the new screen to the main board. I don't think the screen swap will be too difficult as the old screen is not being re-used so if it suffers some damage during removal then that's of no consequence.
Unfortunately I haven't found time to take on this project so I'm selling it in the hope that you will find the time to do the work yourself.
I would definitely replace the battery at the same time as the LCD screen as they have finite life. Optionally the SSD could be upgraded if you wished as that would only take a few extra minutes.

It is running Windows 10 Pro which has been reset ready for your configuration. The tablet doesn't officially meet the hardware requirments for an upgrade to Windows 11, but there are several ways of bypassing the restriction if you want to do the free upgrade.
Note that this item is not returnable if you change the hardware or the Operating System version.
The charger is a brand new replacement type.
