Item is used and in good condition. Rack ears are included. This is the NENA version of the 9483 - the firmware is the same as the regular units so the NENA option card can just be ignored if you don't plan on using those interfaces. The unit has been tested to confirm that it works as it should - screenshots of the actual item under test are shown below. This model has a later GPS receiver installed and so it can receive both the GPS and GLONASS satellite constellations simultaneously (with appropriate antenna), tracking 12 or more satellites at most times with a roof mounted antenna. This unit also has the upgraded OCXO oscillator for better free-running stability. It has been tested to confirm that it works as it should. The screenshots show the actual unit for sale undergoing testing. The firmware is the latest version available at the time of listing (v5.9.4). No antenna is included but almost any professional 5V conical antenna should work well provided that it is located outdoors with a full view of the sky. I can provide a recommendation if required.
